Certified EV Technician Program
EV System Fitment & Configuration
In this course you will explore mounting and fitment options for a variety of EV components in the motor, battery, and charging systems. It will discuss various aspects of motor location in electric vehicles (EVs), including the motor placement in different drive types and explores the use of multiple motors for increased power output. It further covers the placement of motor controllers, battery systems, chargers, and other electrical components, emphasizing factors like accessibility, cooling requirements, and susceptibility to electro-magnetic interference (EMI).
